Roetter.  Ms. Roetter is a fellow in the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children.  She is also past chair of the Children & The Law section of the of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a current member of the Board of Directors of that Section.

     Ms. Roetter has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and has briefed numerous cases before the Wisconsin Courts of Appeal, Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
