Thomas R. Glowacki is a partner with the firm.  He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin in 1972 and 1975 respectively.

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County Bar Association and is a co-author of The Guardian ad Litem Handbook, published by the State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Books, Trying the Low Budget Divorce [ 16 Wis. J. Fam. Law. 8 (1996)], Interstate Child Support Jurisdictional Issues [19 Wis. J. Fam Law. 75 (1999)] and 111 Websites for the Family Law Practitioner [20 Wis. J. Fam Law. 9 (2000)].

Mr. Glowacki was a member of the Family Law Section Board of Directors form 1995 to 2006, and was Chair from 2004-2005, and has testified at numerous legislative hearings on family law issues.  He is a frequent lecturer for the State Bar of Wisconsin and other organizations and has taught the UW Law School Lawyering Skills Program Guardian ad Litem section since 1993.  His practice concentrates in the areas of Family Law including divorce; Litigation; Small business representation; Estate Planning and Probate ; and Guardianship.
