Brenda R. Haskins is an associate attorney at the firm.  She received her Law Degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1999.  She earned a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985, and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991.

For five years Brenda was the Land Tenure Legal Specialist for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Land Tenure Center.  She worked abroad on land tenure reform in South Africa, Russia and Trinidad and Tobago.  Here at home, she worked on community legal education in Native American and African American communities as well as in Appalachia and along the Texas-Mexico border.

She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (Elder Law, Indian Law and Real Estate Sections), and the Dane County Bar Association.   She practices in the areas of Elder Law , Federal Indian Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate .
