Heather A. Wilson is an associate attorney with the firm, practicing in the areas of estate planning (including special needs trusts), estate and trust administration, guardianship and elder law. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2006. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ms. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association for Women, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar.
Ms. Wilson has volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, the Wisconsin Guardianship Support Center, and St. Bernard's Catholic Church. While at the University of Wisconsin, Ms. Wilson was a founding member and financial officer of Student Attorneys for Elder Law and Advocacy.
